Refunds within 30 days of payment

The parent may request a refund via a support request within 30 days of making payment. This request will be processed by Golaghat Municipality Board. We will contact Golaghat Municipality Board to validate the request and upon successful validation, we will process the refund.

Refunds after 30 days of payment

Any refund requests made after 30 days of payment will be sent for processing to Golaghat Municipality Board. Golaghat Municipality Board will be responsible for issuing those refunds.
